You should plan at least two hours for the visit so as to appreciate all the different plant species, especially those that are indigenous to the Karoo.    When you leave Worcester and drive towards Robertson you will come across the “Kleinplasie Open-Air Museum”. Here you will be enlightened as to how the first Settlers came to Cape Town and how they lived in those rough days.
