On the following pages we would like to introduce you to the beautiful Wine Region. The above-mentioned Wine Estates all are worth seeing and certainly worth visiting.
The wine region covers an immense area of and starts about 25 km from Cape Town. Visit the modern Wine towns of Durbanville/ Bellville or the historical Stellenbosch with it’s unusual shops. Paarl, Franshhoek, Somerset West, Robertson, Tulbagh, Constantia or the Overberg region are additional wine regions that will offer you a lot of attractions. By means of our maps you will be able to get a general idea.
Constantia has a special location just behind Table Mountain and is called the green lung of Cape Town. As it rains here during winter, everything is green and in splendour during summer. Visit Constantia and the botanical garden in Kirstenbosch and experience a beautiful day within this unique scenery.
