I think I am the prettiest animal in the world and my name is warthog.   Everyone says that I am ugly.  I think I am very pretty and I have four big and beautiful warts on my face.  My wife is very angry with me because she only has two warts.  Hehehe, what can I say?  Everyone insults me of my looks.  I think they are just jealous.  I don’t really care, just ignore them.   I am hungry the whole day and my favourite food is grass and tasty roots.  I rip them out of the ground and eat them up very quickly.  I don’t want others to eat them.   Many think I am a coward, but is not true.  If a hyena or a cheetah attacks me, then he will see how good I can fight.  I might be small, but my teeth are up to 37 cm long.  When someone is chasing me, I am very fast – up to 46 km/h.  My favourite hobby is to tease ants.  I simply steal their little sleeping cave.  I crawl backwards backwards into their whole, then I can see if there is anyone around me.  There might be a lion or a someone else that wants to attack me.  So I am always ready for trouble.   Oh, I almost forgot.  My home is always near a water hole.  Then I can role around in the mud.  You can find me in the Mkuzi Game Reserve, Krüger National Park or the Umfolozi Game Reserve.   See you then, Your warthog
