Lovely guesthouse with 3 self-catering units in the picturesque winelands
The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the unique Devon Valley area on the outskirts of Stellenbosch. The Valley is home to several well known wine cellars, such as Louisvale, Clos Malvern & J C Le Roux. The guesthouse, however, grows Olives, Apples, Pecans, Almonds & Figs. The Guesthouse, with its 4 separate en-suite double rooms overlooks a delightful "lake", with amazing birdlife, which includes a pair of resident Spotted Eagle Owls. The 3 family cottages are fully equipped and suitable for children. The setting is ideal as a base from which to travel to see all that there is to offer in the Western Cape. There are several good restaurants in the area, including the charming Devon Valley Hotel. There is a swimming pool, local walks/cycle rides and a small boat on the lake.
We offer two types of accommodation:
The guesthouse offers 3 free-standing cottages on a self-catering basis, consisting of a Kitchen, Lounge/Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms, a Bathroom and patio looking out across the beautiful Devon Valley. They are tastefully decorated, with TV, and full self catering facilities. The guesthouse offers 4 double rooms on a B&B basis, each tastefully decorated, and opening out onto a patio. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, TV, fan, and tea/coffee facilities. A continental breakfast is usually served on the patio, which overlooks the lake and vineyards.
