This exclusive accommodation is ideally suited for golfers or guests wanting to explore the winelands with Franschhoek and Stellenbosch being only a 15min and Paarl only a 5mins drive away.   The air-conditioned holiday house is beautifully furnished with a wide-screen TV (incl Satellite TV), a covered stoep (patio) and a braai (barbecue) as well as a fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary essentials. The master bedroom suite has a King-size bed and there are two 3/4 beds in the second bedroom - all beds are fitted with Percale linen. Both bathrooms are en-suite with the master bathroom having an additional bathtub.   An 8x2m private swimming pool is situated off the patio and barbecue area making this a perfect place for entertaining in the summer.   There is the free use of a golf buggy for two people. Garage plus driveway parking is available to guests. Paarl Boschenmeer golf course is a classic parklands layout of 18 holes plus a relatively new 9 holes course designed by SA golf legend David Frost.
