The cottage is situated only 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, the City centre, beach, V&A Waterfront as well as the Stellenbosch Wine Route. Nearby you will find golf courses, Tygervalley shopping Centre, restaurants, pubs and the Grand West Casino.
The cottage is decorated in an African style. You will find 2 bedrooms with beautiful African double beds, fans, heating and a lovely bathroom. The open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with under counter oven, fridge, freezer, cattle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and all additional necessary utensils, gives the apartment a special flair.
The tastefully decorated living area has a fireplace for chilly evenings, a TV and a mini Hi-Fi. The cottage also offers a hotel safe in laptop size, washing machine and drying yard. You will also find that bed linen and towels are supplied.
There is a stunning private garden with built-in braai and a bamboo-shaded terrace as well as secure parking on the property.
