This charming 90 m² 2-bedroom flat is attached to a main house and is situated in the quiet northern suburb of Vredekloof. The unit is tastefully decorated and very private with its own entrance and ample on-site parking (safe & secure behind an electric gate).

The main bedroom has a double bed (consisting of 2 single beds moved together) and the second bedroom has a further single bed. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. Both the main bedroom and lounge have satellite television and the kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge opens onto an enclosed verandah with its own braai (bbq) facility and leads to the garden and shared pool area.

The accommodation is conveniently situated near restaurants & pubs, 2 shopping malls and a number of golf courses and is an easy drive to the Cape winelands, the beaches and other major tourist attractions.
