Stunning self-catering accommodation for up to 8 persons
Scarborough is a small, quiet town at the Atlantic coast on the way to Cape Point and is surrounded by the Nature Reserve. There are two small restaurants, where savour a fabulous meal while enjoying the stunning sea view. There is also a little shop where one can find the basic daily needed goods. The next supermarket is about 15 minutes by car and Cape Town can be reached in ca. 50 minutes.
This holiday house is situated on the cliff top at the outskirts of the idyllic Scarborough. The house offers stunning views the sea and the Nature Reserve. On the terrace you can observe many animals species within the reserve. Directly behind the house many hiking trails will be found and explored. Apart from hiking trails that can be found directly behind the house there are many other attractions in and around Scarborough. Some oft them are the wide, white and sandy beaches to be reached within 10 minutes by foot. Surfers are likely to find themselves in paradise within a 10 minutes drive and perfect conditions are available for cyclists and even mountain bikers.
The house offers several terraces that provide shade and/or sun, mountain and sea view at any given time of the day.
The living room is stylishly furnished with a leather furnishing and connects to the dining room with a large table for eight persons. Two small desks make give way to the possibility of working on a laptop. A colour TV, CD/DVD-Player and radio are there to offer you some entertainment. A telephone that works on a pre paid basis is also available.
The kitchen offers all sorts of comfort: A big fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, gas stove, 2 ovens, an open fire place, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee machine and sufficient utensils for 8 persons. A separate washing house provides washing machine, iron and ironing board is also part of the package.
At the lower level of the house that is fitted with a carpet you will find the living and dining room with fireplace, the exclusive wooden kitchen is tiled and has direct access to one of the terraces fitted with a lavish table, chairs and a braai (barbeque). Also to be found on this level is a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted to twin beds if needed. There is also a bathroom with bathtub.
On the upper level all rooms have wooden floors. Here tree additional bedrooms are to be found. The main bedroom is fitted with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both other rooms each have two single beds, and a bath.
