The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large open plan living room and dining area with fire place and adjoining kitchen. The two luxury bedrooms on the first floor each have bathroom en suite.
One of these rooms has a private balcony with sea and mountain views. The en suite bathroom is wheelchair accessible with roll-in shower, adapted toilet and bath. The room has a king size bed as well as a sleeper couch. The ground floor bedroom is smaller with bunk beds and has a toilet and shower in the passage.
The interior is luxurious and newly furnished. The house has special features for wheelchair users such as a lift and adapted bathroom and kitchen. A lock-up garage is available, as well as satellite TV and video facilities.
The patio is tastefully designed in the Tuscan style with abundant lavender bushes.
The house is three minutes’ walk away from a lovely, pristine beach, a nature reserve and endless beautiful walking trails. It is a 10 minute drive to Hermanus, 5 minute drive to Onrus and 120 km from Cape Town.
