Dream house in Wilderness directly on the beach for up to 6 persons
This attractive holiday house is situated on a 60m high dune in the Wilderness Garden Estate. Private stairs take you directly to the breathtaking Wilderness beach.
The spacious well-furnished house has a living area of 205m2 as well a 45m2 wooden deck with a built-in braai (barbeque). A second lower 8m2 wooden deck, a large 9m2 balcony and ample outside furniture (8 chairs, 4 loungers and 3 wooden tables) ensure utter relaxation whilst enjoying the views.
The house has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an en -suite bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms are a little smaller in size, have double beds and a bathroom with either a bath or shower. All bathrooms have heated toweling rails.
A sleepercouch is available your convenience and can accommodate 2 small children or one additional adult. A guest toilet is situated close to the entrance.
The large living and dinning area can easily accommodate 8 persons. The living room, as well as the two smaller bedrooms, has Satellite television. A DVD player with a collection of DVD’s, a Hi-fi with a selection of CD’s and a portable radio are also available for quests’ enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine as well a toaster. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
On those cooler days, one can warm up in front of the gas heater in the living room. In addition, the dining room, main bedroom with en - suite bathroom as well as the two extra bedrooms have heaters.
Almost all rooms offer a stunning sea view.
The property is 650 m2 in size.
