DEPOSITS
Receipt of your deposit confirms your booking. Deposits are required within 3 days of booking and can be paid by credit card, cheque or deposited into our bank account.
The deposit applies to any outstanding charges including lost or damaged items, late returns and excessively dirty boats. It does not apply to the rental fee.
PAYMENT OF CHARTER
Full payment is required prior to boarding. Over high season (Dec/Jan and Easter), payment is required 3 months prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY We need to be notified of a cancellation at least 30 days before arrival. Your deposit less a facilitation fee will be refunded. Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance are subject to forfeiture of total deposit. Non-arrivals will be liable for the full hire fee. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation.
OPERATION
Customers are given instructions and navigational charts on arrival. No special licence is required, only respect for the boat and the Lagoon's fauna and flora, and courtesy. Rentals are limited to adults, 21 years and older with a valid driver's licence. BOARDING TIME Boarding time is between 1:00 and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 10:30 to 11:00 am, Saturday and Sunday
RATES 2008/2009
Rates effective from 01 March 2008 – 28 February 2009
Peak season : 05 December to 15 January (excluding the packages) and Easter Weekend
High season : 16 January to 30 April & 15 September to 04 December & Oyster Festival
Low season : 01 May to 14 September
