Apartment in Golf Estate with mountain and limited sea views – for 4 to 5 persons   The apartment is situated in a security complex within a Golf Estate in Strand. The complex has its own small swimming pool with braai area. The estate has a large swimming pool and tennis courts, and offers access to a private beach area.   The apartment is on the second floor and has a limited sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge, as well as a colour TV.   The kitchen is equipped with all the usual cooking utensils, including a microwave oven, normal convection oven and fridge. The dining table can seat 6 persons.
