La Mer is situated on the Beachfront at the Strand on the False Bay coast. It is only 50 km from the Cape Town City centre and 20 minutes from the Cape Town international Airport.
The apartment has breathtaking views of km´s of Golden beaches and the Table Mountain range over False Bay. The main bathing area is directly in front of the apartment. It is in close proximity of the Cape Winelands and Stellenbosch.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 double bed) and 2 full en suite bathrooms. The living area is large and is equipped with a TV and a Music centre and cane furniture throughout. Mnet and DSTV arial connection is available.
La Mer has secure underground parking for one car and a private swimming pool with braai area for residents. The building has good security.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, stove and a large fridge/ freezer. Cutlery and crockery for 10 people is provided.
