The main bathing area is directly in front of the apartment. It is in close proximity of the Cape Winelands and Stellenbosch.   The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 double bed) and 2 full en suite bathrooms. The living area is large and is equipped with a TV and a Music centre and cane furniture throughout. Mnet and DSTV arial connection is available.   La Mer has secure underground parking for one car and a private swimming pool with braai area for residents. The building has good security.   The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, stove and a large fridge/ freezer.
