The Penthouse is situated in a Mediterranean style enclosed Complex.  It is modern with all conveniences as well as having ADSL Broadband Internet link with PC and accessories.

The Penthouse boasts stunning Mountainside and sea views from all windows.  Sliding patio doors give access to an extensive Terracotta deck complete with a Jacuzzi and outdoor furniture.  The deck also boasts a self-contained flatlet complete with Conservatory, Jacuzzi and BBQ facilities.

It is a peaceful environment with sounds of local birdlife and the rolling ocean nearby.  There is a whole mountainside with thousands of species of Fynbos 20 meters from the front door.  From July onwards you can see and hear the magnificent Southern Right Whales as well as other species from the patio deck.

There are 4 bedrooms; 2 with double beds, and the other 2 with 2 single beds each.  Altogether there are 3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite.

Your stay includes free skippered luxury Catamaran sailing in local waters for bookings from October to May subject to weather conditions.  Sailing may be available during Low Season; weather permitting.

There are 2 garages available for safe parking.
