Centrally situated for visits to Cape Town City Center, the Waterfront, the Cape Winelands, Table Mountain, the Penguins at Boulders in Simons Town, Cape Point Nature Reserve. In spring the calm waters of the False Bay plays host to the Southern Right Whales, which are easily visible from the beach. Hoek (False Bay) and Nordhoek (Atlantic side) are only a few minutes drive and all other attractions you can reach within 35 minutes by car. The False Bay coastline ranges from Muizenberg through St. James, Kalk Bay and Fish Hoek, to Simons Town. This coast is Cape Town's fashionable bathing area, particularly as the water here is 5 to 7 degrees warmer than on the Atlantic coast. This holiday house is a high standard self-catering accommodation. There are three bedrooms of which two are equipped with double beds (1 x King size bed, 1 x Queen size bed). The third bedroom has a single bed. The house has two bathrooms one is en-suite.        There is a large open plan lounge composed of living- and dining area, fitted with satellite TV. The big, fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave grill, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and the usual electrical appliances.                         From the terrace you will encounter stunning views, a small pool, furnished entertainment area with a large braai (barbeque).
