It's a quick 40 minute drive to the famous palm-lined beach of Camps Bay and an easy 30 minute drive to the scenic Bloubergstrand.   The holiday house is a small, comfortable and affordable home within a very secure area. All windows, doors and sliding doors have either burglar bars or security gates and the house is protected by an alarm and monitored by armed response.   The house has 2 bedrooms (1 double room with 2 single beds and 1 single room with 1 single bed) and a full bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a flatlet with separate entrance, queen-size bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The living room has a view of Table Mountain, is quaintly furnished and has a television and DVD player. Adjacent to the living room is the open fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine). There is a further braai (barbecue) room leading out to the little garden with paved seating area. A garage with outside parking for 2 cars completes this offering.   Wall-mounted heating panels are situated in every room providing warmth during the cold winter months. The holiday house is also ideal for a small family as a little children's play area is situated next to the house and a larger playground just around the corner.   Electricity is included in the daily rate, but not with longterm rentals. It is available on a prepaid basis and an approximate cost estimation with average electricity usage is around R200 per 2 weeks. A telephone is available for guests convenience.   A small supermarket is within a 5 minute walking distance of the house and large shopping centre with restaurants, cinemas, banks, etc is an 8 minute drive.
