Located between Cape Town CBD and the Naval town of Simonstown, Ambleside is ideally situated for family holidays, business travellers and honeymooners. Within a very short distance one can visit the spectacular wine estates of Groot Constantia, Buitenverwachting and Constantia Uitzig, where sumptuous meals and wine tasting can be enjoyed.   The home consists of sitting room, with DSTV, Audio and DVD equipment, furnished in dark brown leather and with an inviting open fire place. Double doors lead to the fully walled, secure and very private garden.   The modern kitchen/dining room, with doors leading to the outside patio with BBQ is equipped with everything one might need, from double door stainless steel refrigerator to ultra modern gas hob. A separate scullery/laundry is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and coffee making machine.   There are 3 bedrooms. The main has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins, wc and an enclosed outside shower. The 2nd room is also queen and the 3rd has two single beds. A separate bathroom, with shower, washbasin and wc services these two rooms.
