Cape Town Apartment for 2 to 4 Persons in Sunset Beach
Our double storey apartment (85 m2) is situated in Sunset Beach near Cape Town. Many of the famous postcard photos of Table Mountain were taken on this beach.
The apartment has a very central location to all major attractions in and around Cape Town and is ideal for tourists, golfers and surfers.
The beach is easily reached in an approximate 800m. A shopping center and restaurants are also within close proximity of the accommodation. |

Sunset Beach is a popular destination for surfers and golfers.
It offers one of the best surfing beaches in the Cape Town region.
The Milnerton Golf Course is also nearby and is the only golf course in Cape Town where one can play directly by the ocean with a wonderful view of Table Mountain!
The golf course's main entrance is located on Woodbridge Island which is quickly reached from our holiday apartment in Sunset Beach. |

The apartment in Cape Town is fully equipped and ideal for 2 - 4 persons. Downstairs you will find the charming kitchen along with a table and seating for 4 persons.
The accommodation's kitchen comes with the following appliances: fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, microwave and a 4-plate stove with oven.
Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the living room which has a sleepercouch suitable for 2 persons. There is a television with South African channels (also DSTV - bring your own card). |

The main bedroom as well as the bathroom (with shower) is situated on the top floor of this holiday apartment.
The apartment's entrance is completely separate and has a small seating area outside where guests are welcome to relax after a day of sightseeing in Cape Town. Surfers are also welcome to store their boards, etc in the garage!
Cape Town is situated an easy 15min drive from our apartment and Bloubergstrand and Table View only 5min. The famous winelands surrounding Cape Town are an approximate 15min drive - depending on which winelands you are heading to. The Milnerton Golf Course is also a mere 5min drive from Sunset Beach.
Cape Town Apartment Rates - Please write to us should you wish to receive a quotation. Rates begin at R900 per day and are dependent on seasons, booking duration and the number of persons in your party. Monthly rates are also available on request.
