This lovely house is a modern home situated in an upmarket residential area bordering on Signal Hill Nature Reserve. The house offers magnificent views of Table Bay and Robben Island.
In total there are three bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped with oven, hob (gas and electric), mircowave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a TV with video player and CD player for your enjoyment. There is a lovely deck on front of the house and a large garden behind the house. The house is serviced daily.
The apartment is situated in the courtyard area adjoining the main house and consists of a lounge and dining area with TV, double bedroom and bathroom (shower only), and fully equipped kitchenette. It is serviced weekly and laundry facilities can be arranged at an additional cost of R40 per load. The apartment does not have sea views.

The house is not rentable on its own, only together with the apartment
The apartment can be rented as a stand-alone unit. In this case the owners will be residing in the main house.
The apartment sleeps 2 adults, however 1 child can be accomodated on a make-shift bed.
Minimum booking period : 3 nights
Breakage Deposit : R500 for the apartment only / R2500 for the house and apartment
