This ideal and pleasant self-catering holiday apartment sleeps six persons in total, has one allocated car park and a separate shared visitors’ car park. The apartment is located on the first floor within the Park Royal development and boasts 24-hour security and man-controlled access. There is also a communal coin-operated laundry facility. Experience living among a diverse and friendly culture, in a quiet development.
The apartment includes:
Main Bedroom 1: One double bed with two bedside lamps, hairdryer and fold up laundry basket.
Bedroom 2: One double-bunk bed (stacked) can go side by side if requested. Bedroom sleeps two people.
Bedroom 3: One single futon bed, ideal for privacy should you whish not to share a room, with reading lamp and magazine shelf.
Bathroom: One full bathroom with basin, toilet, bath tub and shower.
Living Room/Dining:
- Hand-crafted coffee table
- Two very soft single designer couches and one designer sleeper couch
- 54cm/21inch remote controlled television with basic television channels
- One large south-facing window and separate glazed sliding door leading to a balcony
- The living room, dining, and kitchen are open-plan.
Kitchen:
- The kitchen counter is fitted with three breakfast stools.
- Fully equipped with stove, hob, oven, microwave, 120L fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and fitted with all the necessary kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery to accommodate six people.
- Extensive cupboard storage space provided in corridor.
General:
- Bed linen is provided
- Towels can be made available on request, kindly provide own beach towels
- Bedrooms are fitted with fixed wall to wall carpets
- Bedrooms have full height floor to ceiling built-in cupboard wardrobe units with ample storage facilities for packing away clothing and can accommodate certain sizes of luggage cases – size of spaces cannot be confirmed.
The accommodation is within walking distance to Parklands Piazza, a hair salon, an Internet café, bar & restaurants, ATMs, an upmarket fitness studio and much more. Additional more upmarket restaurants and sundowner venues are conveniently located on the beach front - a short driving distance away.
A short scenic coastal drive of 20-25minuntes brings you to the Cape Town City Centre, the infamous V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) and much more.
Experience the Rietvlei Wetlands Nature Reserve and Penguin Sanctuary (SANCOBB). Two fine golf courses (Milnerton Golf Club and Atlantic Beach Club) are close by and a visit to South Africa’s biggest shopping mall, Canal Walk (with approximate 400 shops in total), is a must. As is the adjacent Ratanga Junction theme park. Indulge yourself with breath taking, picturesque views of Robben Island and Table Mountain in panorama and for the extremist enjoy Wind & Kite Surfing with Surf Shops close by.
