The apartment is situated 15 minutes from the Cape Town's city center, the V&A Waterfront, the Two Oceans Aquarium, Grand West Casino and Canal Walk. Many golf courses are close by. Shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants, the Rietvlei Wetlands (bird watching) and SANCOB seabird rehabilitation are all within walking distance.
During the months of June, July and September one can watch the whales from the balcony. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 queen size bed and 3 single beds), two full bathrooms (1 en-suite), an open-plan living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The wraparound balcony has a Weber braai (BBQ) and sliding doors open from the living room and the three bedrooms.
There is 24-hour security, with two undercover parking bays and a storeroom. The laundry is available 24 hours a day. The building has a lift and the apartment is wheelchair accessible.
