Cape Town Accommodation - Sea Point B&B - South Africa Guest Houses   Sea Point B&B: Intimate guesthouse accommodation with pool and private garden - SEA9   This Sea Point guesthouse is the oldest home in Sea Point and is classified as a national monument. It has been completely renovated with a trendy, colonial, simple and elegant style. It's built with granite stone walls making the house very cool during the summer and keeps the heat in during the winter.    Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private courtyard, underfloor heating, a safe, gowns, pool towels and a luxury en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails. The beds are extra long and extra wide which, on request, can be semi detached.  Only 100% cotton sheets are used for the beds. All rooms have high ceilings and a relaxed atmosphere.     Free internet access and wireless network for laptops are available as well as a DVD player, library and safe off-street parking. A large saltwater swimming pool, completely unique from all the others in the area, as well as a spacious secluded garden is available for guests' enjoyment.   A healthy Scandinavian breakfast buffet is served from 08h00 - 10h00 on the terrace or in the lounge (depending on weather).  Coffee, teas, hot chocolate and sherry are complimentary and can be enjoyed at all times.   The Sea Point Beach Promenade is a mere 5min away, and the shops are within easy walking distance.  Airport transfers, taxis, car rentals, safaris, tours and much more can be arranged if so desired.    Rooms are ready for occupation after 14h00 with fresh fruitbowls in each room on arrival. Children over the age of 2, sharing with parents, are charged R300 extra per night, including breakfast.  Babies up to the age of 2 years will however only be charged R50 per night. For guests' convenience, only children up to the age of 12 years are permitted to share the parent’s room thus a maximum of 1 additional mattress can be added.
