The apartment is situated under Signal Hill in Green point, High Level Road, north-facing with partly sea and West Coast views. It has a wind protected patio with outdoor furniture and a separate pool area. Centrally located, it’s only a 5-10 minutes' drive from the Cape Town city centre, the V & A Waterfront and the trendy De Waterkant district with its exquisite restaurants and designer stores. The world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are also only a few minutes' drive.

The apartment sleeps 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower as well as a separate guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, the second bedroom with two single beds(twins) which can be moved together. All beds have extra length size.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and the open lounge area is nicely furnished including a dinner table for 4 people. It also has a TV (with DSTV on request), Hi-fi/CD and DVD Player.

The size of the apartment is 80m² and is situated on the 1st floor. Secure off-street parking is provided in the courtyard.
