This lovely newly renovated self-catering apartment in the hub of Sea Point comprises 2 large bedrooms.  Both bedrooms are en-suite; one has a shower, toilet and basin and the other has a bath, shower, toilet and basin.  Both have twin beds that can be made into a king size bed. There is an open plan kitchen which leads into the lounge/dining room area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with an under counter oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier.

Remote controlled ceiling fans are in all rooms.
 
It is situated close to the beachfront, restaurants and shops, and the famous V&A Waterfront. The wooden floors and air-conditioning ensure you a cosy holiday. There is a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet.
