Two lovely apartments with mountain view for 2 - 4 Persons
This apartment building is situated very near the main street in Sea Point. A 2-minute walk takes you to the beach promenade with its restaurants and countless beach cafés. From there it is just a quick stroll across the street, and you are on the beach. Although the apartments are situated so centrally, they are in a quiet and safe security complex. A secure parking place is available for your car.
Apartment 1
The apartment (approx. 70 m2) comprises one bedroom with double bed, large 5-door built in cupboard and fan, one bathroom, a comfortable living-dining room and a spacious kitchen. The lounge features a large TV, dining table with 4 chairs and a coffee table with standing lamp. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/ freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower attachment.
From the bathroom and living room you have a lovely, if limited view of Lion’s Head. Bed linen, towels, clothes hangers, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories are provided.
Apartment 2
The layout of this apartment is identical to apartment 1. It has been newly renovated in the colour scheme of light yellow and white and has gleaming new parquet floors. Double windows and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom create a pleasant atmosphere. A lift takes you to the apartment on the 2. floor.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed and build in cupboards, Living-dining room with sleeper couch, TV, CD and cassette player, separate kitchen with all necessary equipment and one bathroom with bath tub.
