The bedrooms are both located at the back of the apartment. Both have ample cupboard space, and both are tastefully furnished and have beautiful photographs adorning the walls. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a separate bathroom (with shower) which also doubles as the guest toilet.
Besides being a modern and extremely comfortable flat, in an exciting and trendy area, the next best thing about this apartment is its location. It is extremely well located for someone wanting to explore the rest of Cape Town. The waterfront is less than 1 km away. The main beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are less than a 10-minute drive away. The restaurants and nightlife of Green Point and the city centre are approximately 5 minute's drive away. It is a fantastic location!
