This quaint hide-away is situated between Green Point and Sea Point and is only minutes away from the famous V & A Waterfront, the City Centre, Camps Bay and Table Mountain. It is also only a few paces on foot to the beautiful Sea Point Promenade or the Mouille Point Lighthouse for an early morning jog or sundowner stroll.
The Virgin Active gym, the golf course and the new football stadium are also only 5 - 10min by foot.
Remote-controlled access to secure off-street parking ensures guests' comfort as well as peace of mind for the safety of their vehicles. The sun-drenched, yet well secluded, garden and swimming pool are available for the convenience of our guests. Children are welcome guests! |

The Villa is completely new and stylishly renovated. The interior is a mixture of African artwork and Scandinavian simplistic design. Details like the ceilings and the floors are saved from the original house built in 1890.
There are 9 tastefully furnished bedrooms in total (4 doubles, 3 twins and 2 singles) with en-suite bathrooms. Free internet access and wireless network for laptops are available. A Scandinavian breakfast buffet is served from 08h00 - 10h00 on the terrace or in the lounge (depending on weather). Coffee, teas and hot chocolate are complimentary and can be enjoyed at all times.
Rooms are ready for occupation after 14h00. Check-out time is kindly on or before 10h00.

Please note:
Children of all ages are welcome! Children over the age of 3, sharing with parents, are charged R300 extra per night, including breakfast. Babies up to the age of 3 years will however only be charged R50 per night. For guests' convenience, only children up to the age of 12 years are permitted to share the parent’s room thus a maximum of 1 additional mattress can be added.
