Flat 1 is situated in a very private area. It has an open private terrace, two double bedrooms and a lounge leading onto the terrace with an outside grill. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, microwave, Whirlpool fridge-freezer with icemaker, coffee machine, washing machine and telephone with answering machine. The apartment, which is tastefully furnished, has a video recorder, Hifi Set including CD-player and satellite television in the lounge. Flat 1 has two bathrooms (one en-suite) with a bath and/or shower and toilet.

There are two bathrooms with bath and/or shower, as well as under-floor heating and toilet. The use of the pool is reserved for guests of Flat No 2.
