IN DETAIL:
There are 3 luxury double bedrooms, one with bunk bed and the main with en-suite bathroom. A delightful cottage in the garden provides a fourth double bedroom and the TV room has a double sleeper couch.
So, 6 to 8 would be perfect; 9 to 10 - great; and the baby in the camper cot makes 11.
There are 3 inside entertaining areas - sitting room, dining room and sunny TV/playroom all opening to an enchanting covered outside barbeque/dining area with 10-seater table lit by chandelier. A beautiful beach pool sparkles in a very private, sunny sub-tropical garden. The well-appointed galley kitchen has state-of the-art marble worktops and plenty of cupboards.
Kommetjie lies just 10 minutes from Cape Point Nature Reserve, 45 minutes south of Cape Town and the Waterfront and 60 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. Local activities include the beach, surfing and boarding, kayaking, scuba diving, bird watching, deep-sea fishing, hiking, whale watching, and scrumptious seafood sampling.
Picturesque Clovelly and Steenberg golf courses, the Constantia Wine Route and numerous characterful and delicious Kalk Bay and Simonstown restaurants are all under 20 minutes away. Table Mountain, World of Birds, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the Waterfront are just a little further.
