There are two further bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) downstairs with a full bathroom and double volume open-plan lounge/kitchen area overlooking fynbos and Table Mountain with a patio opening onto the pool area.
2x 2-Bedroom units (approx 110m²): These two units have large open-plan kitchen/living room areas that overlook the fynbos reserve and the communal pool. Each have 2 bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) with the en-suite main bedroom opening onto the pool area.
All units have paved patios overlooking the communal heated pool (8m x 4m) with salt chlorinator, surrounded by an indigenous garden and the fynbos reserve. There is also a large built-in barbeque area overlooking the racehorse training track. Security is excellent as the estate has electric fencing and 24-hour security at the main entrance. There is safe off-street parking for 8 cars and garages are available on request.

Several gourmet restaurants and shopping opportunities are in the area and the popular V & A Waterfront and city centre is a mere 15 minutes drive away. The “never ending” beach nearby is great for swimming, windsurfing/kitesurfing and ideal for long walks at sunset. The Milnerton Golf Club is within walking distance and a short drive up the West Coast brings you to the West Coast National Park where more than 250 bird species can be seen. Further inland lies the Swartland with its golden wheatfields and vineyards, and the quaint village of Darling. In the spring the countryside is carpeted with colourful wild flowers, and whales and dolphins can be spotted from July to November.
