Beautiful Apartment with pool in Milnerton for up to 4 persons   The apartment is situated in a secured area and where all the lawns are maintained on a daily basis.   This area is particularly safe for kids as the apartment is situated in a cul de sac and is only a few meters away from the swimming pool.   The house is nicely situated in the vicinity of the Milnerton Golf Club and only a few minutes away from the beach. You have a wonderful view of Signal Hill and Table Mountain. You should be able to view impressive sunsets.   The apartment has a limited view of Table Mountain and, as the balcony side faces Strand Street, it could be quite noisy during the peak traffic times. The other side of the apartment, which faces the pool, is very quiet! Children are not endangered by Strand Street, as they cannot reach the street from the complex area.   The house has a special atmosphere of hospitality and a unique charm. This is mostly due to the tasteful furnishings.
