This charming holiday house is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the very exclusive Llandudno, one row of houses above the beach, and can sleep up to 10 persons comfortably. It is classically and tastefully styled and has four inside bedrooms as well as one outside self-contained flat.
The first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin & WC. The second bedroom has two ¾ beds, the third bedroom a double bed and cot and the fourth also a double bed. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share a bathroom with bath, shower, basin & WC. The outside room has a double bed with en-suite shower, basin & WC.
There is a large spacious lounge & dining room seating 8 persons around an Oregon pine table. These rooms lead out onto the front patio, garden & entertainment area where comfortable couches, a 10-seater table with parasols and a sea view can be found. The holiday house also has a separate tv room with satellite, DVD, VCR, Hi-Fi & CD. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine & dishwasher. A guest toilet with bath & shower is available for additional convenience.
A study, telephone, safe and barbeque facilities are also available.
The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is situated in the back garden and is enclosed with child proof fencing. There are additional loungers, a garden table, chairs and a thatch umbrella. The property is fully fenced and surrounded by a hedge & trees for privacy. Further security is offered through the alarm-system.
