The garden apartment, approx 65-70 m2 in area, is fully furnished and equipped. There is an additional 20m2 patio under an orange tree with braai facilities for lazy relaxing afternoons.
The apartment has:

2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles)
Bathroom with shower, 2 hand basins and toilet. The shower is adjustable to ensure easy use by small children.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery and saucepans.
Colour television (Channels 1, 2, 3, E-TV and M-Net)

Bed linen and bath towels provided. (Beach towels not provided.)
The apartment is an approximate 4-minute walk to the glorious Llandudno beach and is in a safe and secure environment with 24-hour manned security control in the village. There is off-street parking.
The flat is cleaned and towels are changed 3 times per week. Clean bedlinen is provided once per week. An additional maid service can be provided at an additional cost.
