The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac at the foot of Karbonkel Berg nature reserve. Undisturbed panoramic views of Chapman’s Peak and the Bay. A lovely large balcony stretches along the sea facing side of the house.
The double level house exudes light, warmth and style. Furnished with a beautiful mixture of wooden furniture, combining classic and contemporary pieces. All rooms are spacious, light and furnished for comfort.
The Villa has 3 double volume bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The main bedroom has a fireplace. All rooms have large cupboards with ample storage space. The 2 sea facing rooms have their own special view and sliding door onto the balcony. There are 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi and a guest toilet.
A large open plan living and dining room opens up onto the balcony with panoramic views.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is also a warm and cozy TV room, with DVD player and satellite TV. This comfortable family room opens up to an outside barbeque area which is nicely sheltered from the weather.
This area leads up to a lovely fenced in pool area situated at the back of the house, surrounded by greenery and the beautiful mountain backdrop.
