The villa is situated in the prestigious Sea Glade security complex only five minutes walk to the beach and 500m from shops, bars and seafood restaurants. It has beautiful sea and mountain views, a private garden, BBQ/braai facilities, swimming pool and an all-weather tennis court.
The upstairs accommodation includes 3 bedrooms (main bedroom en-suite) and sleeps up to 6 persons. Both bathrooms have showers and the en-suite has a bathtub. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and wardrobes.
Downstairs, is open-plan lounge, TV lounge and dining room with underfloor heating and a fireplace. All rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard and include satellite TV, Hi-Fi unit and radio.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, tea/coffee making facilities and iron.
Linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided, as is everything else that you will need to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
The villa is serviced once per week but a maid service can be arranged for a small extra charge.
Cape Town, with it’s well known Waterfront, is a leisurely 30 minute drive away along the scenic coastal road, and the world renowned Chapman’s peak drive is 2 minutes away.
