This beautiful and spacious holiday house (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and offers a fantastic view of the valley and mountains.
Hout Bay is quaintly located between the mountains and the sea and offers an abundance of shopping opportunities, banks, a lively fishmarket and harbour, the beach and several restaurants, cafés and pubs. The Hout Bay centre is within walking distance of the house (3 min by car). Hout Bay is 20 minutes from Cape Town, 40 minutes from the airport, 45 min from Cape Point, 10 min from the botanical gardens, Camps Bay and the Groot Constantia wine estate. It is also within easy distance of wine routes and golf courses.
There are plenty of attractions to be found in Hout Bay such as hiking, sailing, surfing, kayaking, fishing, bike riding, picnicking or just lazing on the beach. There is also the breathtaking Chapman's Peak Drive, the largest bird sanctuary in South Africa, Seal Island and much more.
  
HBA33 is the ideal getaway with a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere for families, groups or for couples. All windows offer lovely views of either the valley, the garden or the courtyard and from the terrace and most rooms one can enjoy the sun set.
The approx. 120 m² big holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a great and relaxing holiday. The sunken living room has a fireplace, leather couches, satellite television, CD-player, Hi-Fi and a small library. There are 3 bedrooms of which two are fitted with queen size beds. The third bedroom has two single beds that can be combined whenever the need for a third double bed arrises. All bedrooms are equipped with spacious built-in cupboards. There are also 2 bathrooms of which one is en-suite and fitted with a shower. The second bathroom has a shower and a bath.
A door leads from the fully equipped kitchen to a delightfully sunny courtyard with a rock garden. The private courtyard is ideal for braaiing (grilling) or sunbathing under the palms and bougainvillea.
