These very elegant and luxurious self-catering holiday suites are located at Constantia Nek Cape Town in the Western Cape South Peninsula of South Africa. They're situated in the upmarket resort of HBA38 and consist of 7 lavishly decorated self-catering suites with all the amenities one would expect from a 4-star resort.

Superb décor and thoughtful design give the suites a unique appeal. They are cosy and intimate, and luxury and comfort are paramount in each of the suites. The finest bed and bath linen provide guests with the ultimate in luxury.

For guests' comfort, each suite has hand-held remote controlled air-conditioning units, under-floor heating and dual-TV in each bedroom. The lounge boasts a fireplace or jetmaster and the Hotel Bouquet satellite channels have been specifically selected to satisfy all tastes. An extensive list of DVDs are also available for hire.

The beautifully landscaped grounds, abundance of flowers and indigenous plantlife create a haven for animals and many species of birdlife, of which the guinea fowl has been a huge source of amusement to many guests. The resident springbok also create a most unique photo opportunity for those that have not yet had the pleasure to view them up closely!

The picturesque village of Hout Bay is a mere 5 min drive and the famous beaches of Llandudno, Camps Bay and Clifton can be reached in 5 - 15 min. The hustle and bustle of the Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront is only a 30 min drive and the airport an approximate 20 min. This exclusive mountain retreat is situated in a rural setting with an abundance of birdlife, ducks, springbok and other animals on the property making it a perfect location after an exciting day of excursions around the mother city and the other popular attractions – guests can relax on their patio with a sundowner and enjoy the beautiful gardens and fantastic views of the vineyards, the Twelve Apostles Mountains and the Hout Bay Sentinel in the distance.

Suite 7 (ideal for 6 persons):
A free-standing, double-storey, Victorian-style suite with 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are situated upstairs - one has 2 single beds; the other a queen-size bed. The master bedroom is downstairs and also has a queen-size bed. All three bedrooms offer superior comforts including a seating area, wall to wall carpeting, bed linen and towels. There is one upstairs bathroom with shower and two downstairs bathrooms (one is en-suite) with one bathtub and one shower between the two of them. The lounge is cosy and has a comfy lounge suite and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is open-plan and has a gas stove, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The patio is ideal for having a barbecue, enjoying breakfast or sundowners, and relaxing in quiet privacy whilst enjoying the magnificent views.

Suite 17 (ideal for 6 persons):
A free-standing, double-storey, self-catering accommodation offering privacy in a quiet and picturesque environment. The lay-out/interior is identical to Suite 7 with the exception of Suite 17 having an electric stove instead of a gas stove.

Suite 23 (ideal for 4 persons):
This lovely cottage has 2 bedrooms; 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 downstairs bedroom with queen-size bed. Both have a seating area, wall to wall carpeting and televisions. There is only one bathroom which is situated downstairs and offers a bath with shower extension over the bathtub. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a dining table with chairs. The cosy kitchenette has an electric stove, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The patio offers quiet privacy and is ideal for outdoor dining.

The lay-out/interior is identical to Suite 23 and thus perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4.

Suite 25 (ideal for 2 persons):
This even-level cottage is elegantly furnished with superior comforts. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a seating area, wall to wall carpeting and an en-suite bathroom with double basin, under-floor heating and a bath with shower extension. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a couch and dining table with chairs. The kitchenette also has under-floor heating as well as an electric stove, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.  The patio offers quiet privacy and is ideal for outdoor dining.

Suite 27 (ideal for 8 persons):
This spacious and very luxurious 4-bedroom cottage is completely free-standing and offers the perfect secluded get-away in a secure environment. The views of Hout Bay and the Sentinal in the distance are truly lovely. The lounge and dining rooms are spacious, attractively furnished and comfortably accommodate 8 persons. The large granite kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and scullery. The patio is ideal for having a barbecue, enjoying breakfast or sundowners, and relaxing in quiet privacy. All 4 bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have a seating area, air-conditioning, a queen-size bed, wall to wall carpeting, bed linen, towels and en-suite bathrooms. Two of the en-suite bathrooms have a bath and shower whereas the remaining two only have a shower.
