This bright and spacious apartment is perfectly situated at the Princess Beach complex with excellent security, your own private parking bay, and a lovely pool and braai area in the garden. Laundry facilities are within the complex. The apartment is situated on Princess Road, just 100 yards from Hout Bay beach with shopping, bars and seafood restaurants on your doorstep.
The apartment has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, washing machine, microwave and a fridge, the dining room has large patio doors opening onto the balcony with spectacular mountain and nature reserve views. The dining room table can comfortably seat eight.
Downstairs the large living room is furnished to a high standard including TV, video machine with a selection of video films, and Hi-fi system.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom is an 18sq meter loft-style bedroom with wooden floors, huge windows and a double bed. The family bathroom is white and fully tiled. There are also two travel cots, a high chair, a changing mat and children’s toys and videos for our younger guests.
Bed linen and towels are supplied and a maid service can be arranged at extra cost.
