An additional twin bedded room is available off the main bedroom and is suitable for children. The quality open plan plan kitchen is equipped with Miele units and has a separate laundry. Furthermore, the house comprises a breakfast room, sitting room with fire place and a TV room with a computer.   To the front of the house is a superb terrace which stretches across the entire length of the house. The terrace offers outstanding views of the mountains and False Bay. An outside dining area and a comprehensive range of garden furniture are provided. In front of the terrace an attractive long pool offers cool refreshment, but please – no diving.   A houseman and a maid are included for all cleaning.
