Downstairs, the floors are Italian marble throughout and there are wooden floors upstairs in the bedrooms, which lead out onto the balcony.   The villa is about 250m² in size, with a lounge, TV lounge, dining room, a modern well equipped kitchen, three main double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a small single bedroom (also with en-suite bathroom) with a private entrance – ideal for a son or daughter wanting some independence. There is air-conditioning in the main bedroom and the TV lounge and the patio and the bedrooms have large blinds that operate at the click of a button. There is also a double garage.   Clifton is one of Cape Town’s prestige residential suburbs, situated on the ocean and only 10 minutes drive from Table Mountain, the City and the bustling Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Clifton beaches consist of four beach areas interlinked by giant granite boulders. Clifton is a largely wind free area and often when the rest of Cape Town is experiencing a strong south easterly wind, Clifton basks in the sun and is windless.   The boutique wineries and vineyards of Constantia are 30 minutes away and in an hour one can reach Stellenbosch where history and wine provide equal attraction.
