The palm tree promenade and many restaurants are only two of the attractions that will ensure a pleasant holiday in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.   The luxurious penthouses with their fantastic view of Camps Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles, are an unsurpassable holiday experience. Our modern, spacious apartments each have a separate entrance and a private sundeck with uninterrupted sea views.   Nowhere will you see more spectacular sunsets….   Directly behind the house is a walk into the Table Mountain nature reserve. If you wish, you can hike right up to the top of Table Mountain.             Luxury Penthouse No 1: "Ocean View Apartment" for 2 – 6 persons   The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has a living area of 88 m2. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with toilet. On request another double bedroom and bathroom can be added to the penthouse to sleep 6 persons. The bedrooms either have a double bed or twin beds. The large, sunny lounge has a stunning balcony, as well as German and English TV. The kitchen with dining corner is fully equipped.   The apartment is situated high up above Camps Bay. In addition to the balcony there is a beautiful patio, where you can suntan in private. From here you also have a stunning 180° panorama view of the Atlantic Ocean. From the subtropical palm tree garden and the pool area you look out over Camps Bay and the ocean right to the horizon.         Luxury Penthouse No 2: "Sea View Apartment" for 2 - 4 persons   This apartment is exceptionally comfortable. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms, 1 dining room with open-plan kitchen, and a TV lounge with South African and German channels. The apartment has a living area of 85 m2, and a very large patio with breathtaking sea views. In the colder winter months underfloor heating will keep you comfortable and warm.         Studio Apartment: "Bay View Loft" for 2 persons   TV lounge with German and English TV channels. One en-suite bathroom with toilet. The studio has a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean, and the mezzanine level bedroom for 2 persons makes this a very special holiday apartment. The kitchen is once again fully equipped. The studio is situated directly above the pool area and has direct access to the pool terrace.             All units are serviced 2-3 times per week. We offer our guests a solar heated swimming pool with jet stream and a comfortable pool terrace. The pool area is available to all guests, but is large enough to create a private, comfortable atmosphere. Please note: The rates for the first 2 persons are per unit per night. The rates for the 3rd and 4th persons are per person per night. Children under 6 years (as 3rd and 4th persons) stay free of charge. The minimum booking period during peak season is 5 nights except Christmas and New Year when it is 10 nights. A washing machine, tumble dryer and an ironing service is available at an extra charge  Load of washing - R 25.00, ironing R 5.00 per item Penthouse 2 is wheelchair friendly. Penthouse 1 has air-conditioning.
