This 165m² self-catering holiday flat is situated in Camps Bay and consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms. Two have double beds and one has two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony and the apartment is North-facing. You will find a fireplace in the beautiful sunny lounge as well as a snooker room, guest bathroom and an outside braai on the terrace. Furthermore, all bedrooms have breathtaking sea views.
For your enjoyment you will find a DVD player, DSTV and stereo system in the living room. Fans and portable heaters allow for maximum comfort in all seasons and the house is secure with an alarm system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, coffee percolator, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and separate scullery. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside you can relax on the garden furniture and enjoy a braai, or simply splash about in the pool.
