This apartment is one of four units in a newly built residential development in Camps Bay. It is extremely spacious with modern finishes and warm touches combined to make the apartment feel warm and friendly.
Enjoy the open living space (with all the modern conveniences) as well as the adjoining small outdoor area - it's a great area to relax and entertain in. Alternatively, head upstairs and enjoy the sea view and fresh sea breeze from the master bedroom, which has its own reading nook. The bedroom also benefits from a floor to ceiling sliding glass door to let the air (and the view) in. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a bath with a view! In addition, the bathroom has a massive walk-in cupboard area with lots of storage space. The owner designed the apartment to have two large rooms instead of the original three smaller rooms, so one really has space to spread out in. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, has an adjoining bathroom and enjoys lovely views of the Twelve Apostles mountain range.

Although it is a lovely apartment to sit back and relax in, the major benefit is that of its close proximity to the beach, restaurants and the Camps Bay strip. Luckily, being off the main road, it remains quiet throughout the day and night.
