This luxury house in Camps Bay for up to 8 persons has all the comforts of home with its spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, TV room leading into the very private garden, and a braai (BBQ) and pool area, all overlooking the beach.
The pool is the focal point on this property and allows for easy child-supervision, even when inside the house. There is ample space for relaxation, whether in the large lounge and dining room, in the family room, courtyard, BBQ or just seated on the patio by the pool enjoying the panoramic beach and mountain views. The pool is heated in Winter.
There are four spacious double bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms, each with toilet, basin, bath and a separate shower. The main en-suite bathroom has two basins, a bidet and a lovely sea view even from the bath.
The three upstairs bedrooms have large windows with unforgettable beach and mountain views. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed, the second bedroom with its adjacent bathroom has twin beds and the third room with en-suite bathroom has a double bed.
The fourth bedroom is located downstairs, has an en-suite bathroom and twin beds. It is the only room in the house without a sea view but opens up onto a big courtyard with tropical garden covered by a high roofwith skylightsand a fireplace to sit around in the winter.
The house is comfortably furnished for guests to sleep, relax or work in. A computer is available, but a laptop can be accommodated. A high-speed digital internet connection is available. Each bedroom has a 70cm flat screen TV.
The house is ideal for groups or families of up to eight persons and has Satellite TV, DVD player and Sony Play Station with small selection of games. There are big screen TVs in all the bedrooms and a plasma screen in the family room. Aircon cools the three upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs remains cool in Summer.
