The Villa (5 bedrooms) and the Penthouse – CBA 54 (3 bedrooms) are on the same property and can be rented separately or can combine easily to form an eight-bedroom luxury accommodation. This is ideal for large families, groups of friends or business people looking to host a memorable function.

The Villa can sleep up to 10 people. It features stylish open plan formal lounge and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and conveniences. Balconies from the upper level of this luxury accommodation offer wonderful views of the Cape Town’s Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach. Lounge around getting the perfect tan in the spectacular swimming pool and sun-deck area. Enjoy the bar and barbecue facilities on the perfect summer days.

All 5 luxury bedrooms are of boutique-hotel standard with their en-suite bathrooms and free standing televisions.  The main bedroom has a lounge/TV area.  There is a modern, fully equipped open plan kitchen and large family room complete with state of the art TV and sound equipment, which leads out onto the pool terrace with salt pool and gas barbecue, and wonderful mountain views.  The large lounge/dining room area leads out onto a large patio, where you can enjoy dining beneath the mountain.

• Luxury Rooms x 3 - With twin beds, en-suite bathroom (with bath/shower) and sea & mountain views
• Superior Room x 1 - Master bedroom with queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea views to die for!
