The 5-star accredited Penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the en-suite bathroom finished in travertine tiles has bath, shower and double basins plus a heated towel rail. A second bedroom has two single beds and en-suite shower room and enjoys sea views. A third bedroom also overlooks the ocean and has two single beds with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have televisions.

The Penthouse has a surround music option; it is air conditioned throughout and has broadband internet access.

It is conveniently situated just 200m from the beach and is in close proximity to the shops, many restaurants, the V & A Waterfront, City Centre, Table Mountain Cableway, and is en route to Hout Bay and the scenic Chapman’s Peak drive all the way to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.

The Villa – CBA 55 is located on the same property but a totally separate unit.  It has 5 bedrooms, and both levels can be rented separately or can be combined easily to form an eight-bedroom luxury accommodation.
