Tranquillity is an apt name for this property. A sense of peace and serenity pervades the property, and there can be few things more relaxing than listening to the waves breaking on Camps Bay beach from your lounge, or lounging next to the peaceful Koi pond, to escape the midday heat. The property has been decorated with many beautiful Asian artworks, which add to the tranquil feel.

One enters the property via an elevator that comes up directly from the entrance or from the garage. The garage is on the street level, the first floor houses the bedrooms, and the upper floor houses the open and spacious living area. Long glass sliding doors can be opened to create a fantastic indoor/outdoor area, and one can enjoy the sound of waves breaking on Camps Bay beach. These glass doors can also be opened at the back of the property - to a small fern-fringed courtyard area with an elegant Koi pond.
The large open plan upstairs living area comprises of a kitchen (with a scullery that can be screened off), a large lounge and an outdoor lounge and pool deck. A formal lounge with incredible views and a small office are both adjacent to this open plan area.
The kitchen is immaculately designed and every need is catered for - whether you are a Cordon Bleu chef or simply want to heat up leftovers. The lounge has a large flat screen television, and the office has broadband Internet access. Each of the bedrooms is en-suite (with bath and shower) and two enjoy fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles. They are very comfortable and open up onto private outdoor areas.
