This holiday duplex offers amazing views of the Atlantic Beach golf course and its surroundings from the upstairs main bedroom, and is only a short walk from shops and the Melkbosstrand beach and rock pools.  It is situated securely within the Atlantic Beach Golf Estate providing guests a safe, convenient and pleasurable holiday!

The duplex is divided into two floors and is completely self-catering. On the ground floor guests will find the living areas (kitchen, lounge, dining room) while the bathroom and bedrooms are located upstairs ensuring privacy and comfort.  The ground floor is completely tiled throughout the open-plan kitchen/lounge and the separate dining room that leads to the garden.  The kitchen is fully fitted with all major appliances including a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, an oven & hob, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.  The lounge has a television and DVD as well as a radio/tape/CD player.  The DSTV is dual view which means that in the bedroom and in the lounge guests can view different channels. The dining room seats 6 persons and has a built-in braai for rainy or cold evenings.  Alternatively guests can braai (bbq) in the garden on the mobile grill.

Both bedrooms are situated upstairs – one has a double bed, the other two single beds.  In addition there is a full bathroom (with bath and shower) for guests to share.

Off-street parking is provided in the drive way.
