The villa comprises of a very large open-plan lounge and kitchen/dining area, which benefits from comfortable leather couches, satellite television and a DVD Player, whilst the fully equipped kitchen includes a large ‘American style’ refrigerator. Further conveniences in the kitchen include an oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, tumble dryer, iron, utensils and a coffee maker. It's finished in a high stainless steel standard with an adjacent large pantry and utility/scullery room. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably and all three areas step out to the pool and entertainment area via patio and French doors.
The master bedroom (double bed) benefits from not only a large spacious dressing area and a full en-suite bathroom (large shower, bath and twin basins), but also steps out onto the patio pool area via a set of French doors. Three further bedrooms are incorporated within the villa (1 double and 2 twins) whilst also having a large second bathroom with double basins, bath and shower. There is also an additional guest toilet for your convenience. All bedrooms are extremely comfortable and finished to a high standard and come complete with a spare set of linen and towels and also bedside lamps. Due to the villas clever unique design, all the bedrooms are separated from the main living area of the house thus aiding a peaceful nights sleep for those of you who wish to retire to bed earlier than the rest of the party!
For those younger families with young toddlers/babies, the swimming pool also has a cover that can be taken on and off for added security and peace of mind. The entertainment ‘stoop’ area also has an additional outdoor large dining table, not to mention a built-in traditional South African Braai (BBQ). The pool and entertainment area is contained within a large private garden that includes an outside shower for those of you wishing to cool off during the long, hot, sunny day!
