This charming little flatlet is situated in one of the Cape's premier golf courses on Atlantic Beach Golf Estate along the Cape West Coast of South Africa.
It is ideal for golfers, a couple or a young family. It has a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower) as well as a sleepercouch in the lounge for a child or two small children. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and cutlery and crockery.
A patio leads off the lounge and kitchenette and the bedroom leads out to a small garden.
The flatlet has a private entrance from the parking (off-street in the drive way) and is serviced twice a week. The communal club swimming pool is available for guests' enjoyment.
